UNITED STATES RETURN POLICY

Even though we are almost sure you would love your JewelJam piece, we want to make sure all of our customers are very satisfied with their purchase. So, we have implemented the following Return and Exchange Policy:

 If by chance you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact our customer care within 30 days of purchase for a return authorization and a return shipping label. Return shipping within the contiguous United States is free with the label. Otherwise, additional return shipping charges may apply. Please note that the product must be in resalable condition (unworn and with tags attached); excluding final sales, discounted products, and personalized items. Final sales, discounted products, and personalized items are not eligible for return. If we do not have the inventory to fulfill a replacement piece of a final sale item due to damage or defect, we will issue you a store credit for the amount spent on that product. Please also note some products have a shorter return policy or are final sale and will be noted in the description.
In case you received a gift item with a purchase you have made, and you would like to return the item you purchase, make sure to send the gift item to us also, or your refund will be adjusted for the retail price of the gift.
Backordered items can be canceled with a full refund as long as the item is still on backorder status. It means if the item is already processed and/or shipped, you should issue a refund.
The refund issued to you will never exceed the amount paid to JewelJam, and the refund will be issued in the manner in which payments were received by JewelJam as a credit card, gift card, etc.
Once your return is received and inspected by the fulfillment center, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your method of payment within 7 days. Please note that depending on your credit card company, it may take an additional 2-10 business days for the credit to post to your account.
To return your order, please include the original invoice, as well as any gift with purchase. Qualifying orders include a pre-paid USPS return label so you can easily send us your purchase. We are not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package. You are also welcome to use the shipping method of your choice.
